RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

CUSTOM JEWELLERY

All custom-made pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are created specifically for each customer. Exceptions apply only in the case of faulty or damaged items.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, slight variations may occur. These are not considered faults.
